Welcome to Firewall Armory, LLC (“Firewall Armory,” “we,” “our,” or “us”). By accessing or using our facilities, website, training programs, retail services, or membership offerings (collectively, the “Services”), you agree to these Terms of Service.
You must be at least 18 years old (or 21 where required by law) to purchase firearms or ammunition.
Participants under 18 may use the range or youth programs only with parent/guardian consent and supervision, unless otherwise allowed by law.
You must be legally eligible to own or handle firearms under federal, state, and local regulations.
Memberships and passes are non-transferable and valid only for the registered member.
Membership fees are non-refundable, except where required by law.
Members must follow all range rules, safety protocols, and staff instructions.
Firewall Armory may suspend or revoke memberships for unsafe behavior, rule violations, or illegal activity.
All shooters must complete a waiver and safety orientation before range use.
Eye and ear protection are mandatory in all shooting areas.
Only authorized firearms and ammunition may be used. Reloaded or altered ammunition may be restricted.
Unsafe firearm handling, intoxication, or disruptive behavior may result in immediate removal.
Staff may inspect firearms and ammunition at any time for safety purposes.
Advance registration and payment are required for all classes.
Certifications (e.g., concealed carry) are granted only after meeting all requirements.
Instructors may dismiss participants for unsafe or disruptive behavior.
Firearm and ammunition sales follow all federal, state, and local laws.
Background checks are required for firearm purchases.
Special/custom orders may require deposits and depend on manufacturer availability.
Digital/VR simulations are supplemental and not a replacement for live-fire training.
Users must follow all instructor or staff guidelines when using simulators.
Event reservations require deposits and signed agreements.
Outside food and beverages are allowed only in designated areas.
Food truck vendors must hold their own licenses and liability insurance.
Firearm activities involve inherent risks. By participating, you assume all risks of injury, loss, or damage.
Firewall Armory is not responsible for injuries or damages caused by negligence, misuse of firearms, or violation of safety rules.
Participants release Firewall Armory, its owners, staff, and affiliates from liability to the fullest extent permitted by law.
Members and guests must act with respect and professionalism.
Harassment, threats, or discrimination are not tolerated.
Violations may result in suspension or permanent banning without refund.
Payments are due at the time of service unless otherwise agreed.
Refund rules vary by membership, class, or event (see specific agreements).
Late or missed payments may result in account suspension.
Your use of our Services is also governed by our Privacy Policy.
We may update these Terms at any time. Updates become effective when posted with a revised Effective Date.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of West Virginia, without regard to conflicts of law.
