Batch 1 · 100 Boxes · Ships by October 31

Built Watertight. Stacks Like It Was Machined.

The Firewall Armory ammo box seals against a continuous O-ring gasket, locks to the box beneath it with a dovetail slide, and holds your caliber in a swappable insert. Designed, printed, and assembled one at a time in West Virginia by a disabled combat veteran.

BATCH 1 — 100 BOXES · 2 CLAIMED · 98 LEFT

I got tired of ammo cans that lied about being waterproof.

Surplus cans rust at the seam. The plastic ones flex until the lid stops sealing. Pelican cases actually work, but they cost more than the ammo inside and they don't stack worth a damn. So I built the box I wanted. A real O-ring gasket in a machined channel, not a foam strip glued to a lid. Dovetail rails so a stack behaves like one object instead of three things waiting to slide off a shelf. Inserts you can swap when you change calibers, instead of buying a whole new box. I'm a retired combat-wounded veteran, 100% disabled, and I build these myself in the Eastern Panhandle of West Virginia. Every box in Batch 1 comes off my printers and through my hands. That's the whole operation, and it's why there are only 100 of them.

Four things that make it different.

A gasket, not a promise

A continuous O-ring seated in a machined channel around the full lid perimeter. Two front swing-arm latches pull it down evenly on both sides.

Dovetail stacking

Rails on the lid, matching channels underneath. Boxes slide together and lock laterally — a three-high stack moves as one piece.

Swappable caliber inserts

Drop-in trays for .22 LR, 9mm, .45 ACP, and .223/5.56. Change what you shoot without changing your box.

Recessed grip cutouts

Moulded into the shell on both ends. Nothing to snag, nothing to fray, nothing to replace.

Four finishes. Four calibers. One box.

Wood Grain PETG for the vintage crate look, or OD Green, Flat Dark Earth, and Matte Black if you'd rather it disappear on a shelf. Every finish gets the orange gasket line at the seam and the Veteran Produced stencil.

They're designed to stack. Buy them that way.

One box works. Three boxes lock into a column you can carry by the top handle and store as a single unit - which is what the dovetail was for. Stacks of three and up ship free.

FAQ

Why am I paying now for something that ships in October?

Because I'm one person with printers, not a warehouse. Preorders tell me how many to build and pay for the filament to build them. If I miss October 31 you get a full refund on request - that's in writing above.

It's watertight against splash, rain, and brief submersion - a gasketed seal, not a dive housing. I'll publish the submersion test video before Batch 1 ships.

Not in Batch 1. One color and one insert type per order keeps my print scheduling sane. Order two sets if you want two finishes.

Batch 1 covers .22 LR, 9mm, .45 ACP, and .223/5.56. Tell me what you need at checkout and it goes on the list for Batch 2.

Your $5 is credited to this order. Check your email for the code, or contact me and I'll apply it.

Not in Batch 1. Customs on a box this size costs more than the box.

Batch 2 opens when Batch 1 sells out, with a December ship date. Preorder revenue buys the next printer, which is how batches get bigger.

Not at this but will be available in the future.

They are renderings of the engineered design. Final product is subject to slight variations.

100 boxes. Then Batch 1 is closed.
